The diverse culinary offerings were a standout, with well-stocked buffets that showcased a variety of themes each night, making sure there was always something new to try. The spacious family room we had boasted a limited sea view that, while not perfect, provided a nice touch to our stay.
Room quality was mixed. our door and shutters required repairs, and we encountered a noisy night due to the wind causing the shutters to rattle, impacting sleep comfort. While we appreciated being able to move to a more suitable room thanks to guest services, the original one was pretty far from the children's activities we were hoping to be closer to. the lack of variety in the food after a few days became noticeable, and while the buffet was adequate, it started to feel repetitive. The chaotic dining experience during peak times made finding a table difficult, especially for families with children. the pool water felt a bit chilly which might not suit everyone's taste during early seasons.

Recommend it for families seeking fun
We had a wonderful time at the pools, especially the one for relaxation where I could enjoy a nice cold beer while watching the kids have their fun! The food was beyond what I expected, with amazing lamb dishes that had me going back for seconds. The ice cream machine was always a hit with the children too, they just loved it!
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but the value for what we got was still good.

The hotel has a beautiful design and a lovely atmosphere. We really enjoyed the spacious family room, it had a great sea view. The pools were a hit, especially the one for relaxation. The entertainment team was fantastic, keeping everyone engaged without being pushy. The food selection was impressive with plenty of variety at the buffet. Ice cream was readily available and loved by the kids. the children's splash pool was perfect for little ones. I found the steep hills challenging, especially after a day at the beach or walking back from meals. Some of the dining experiences, especially in the specialty restaurants, didn’t meet expectations. they seemed rushed, and the food quality didn’t stand out compared to the buffet. Another downside was the limited gluten-free options, even after informing them in advance. Despite the few issues, our stay was enjoyable with plenty of activities and a scenic environment.
